(if you are out of a spice don't worry, sometimes I just use season salt and flour and it still tastes great)What's your favorite recipe, or favorite thing to cook?
carful on all the salt......garlic is best on chicken i think Report Abuse

There are 2 different of different types of salt but if you look at the recipe you make the spice mix and then use just some with flour, there is not a lot of salt in total. (I hate it when people can't read.)

I think that the paprika and garlic are 2 of the most important spices. Report Abuse

Two things I like to cook.

1) burgers; 1 pound of ground beef any type of hot sauce (as much as you like or can take) onions (chopped and mixed in the meat or sliced and put on the burger) and because I am from Wisconsin I love cheese on my burger. Grill it on a charcoal grill.

2) Steaks. I can take any steak and make it taste like a million dollars. I start by tenderizing the meat with a tenderizer hammer. See site for picture of hammer.(http://www.surlatable.com/common/product鈥?/a> lightly hammer both sides of the meat. Then I mix up Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and any type of seasoning you might like. Onion powder, garlic powder etc. I put each piece of meat in it's own Ziploc baggie and I put some of the mix into the baggie and then I suck out all the air so the sauce is completely around the hole piece of meat. Let that sit for 12 to 24 hours then cook on a charcoal grill. As you can see I love charcoal grills over gas.

Well, my favorite recipes to cook are not escpecially easy. But of the easy ones, I like this one a lot!

** Easy Crockpot Beef Roast **

1 chuck or rump Beef Roast (sized for your crockpot)

1/2 Cup of Water

1 Packet of Ranch Dressing Mix

1 Packet of Italian Dressing Mix

1 Packet of Brown Gravy Mix

Put roast in crockpot, pour water around the base. Sprinkle all 3 dry seasoning packets over roast. Cover and cook for 6-7 hours on low. Remove roast to cutting board and let sit 15 minutes; slice thinly across the grain (electric knife works best).

It makes great tasting gravy too, that tastes like you browned it and simmered it all day on the stove. Doesn't taste AT ALL like salad dressing!!!
Poutine de rappee. Death by chocolate triffle.
Pot Roast

I usually try to marinate the roast in Dales Marinade overnight (but its not necessary.) Put the roast in the crock pot w/ the marinade, add potatoes, %26amp; onion. Cook on high for at least 8 hrs, or you can also cook it on low overnight. Very good!
