What is your FAVORITE recipe to cook?

My boyfriend %26amp; I have been cooking a lot lately %26amp; I wanted to find some new, interesting recipes we could cook. Nothing too hard - we tried homemade ravioli one day... It was good... but I REALLY don't want to do that much work again :]

So just post your favorite recipe %26amp; if you like, the directions too! What is your FAVORITE recipe to cook?
I love baked sweet potato wedges ( you can call them fries ,but I think their to healthy to be called fries :D )

You buy 3 sweet potato's cut them into wedges , sprinkle with a little salt , some cinnamon , a little drizzle of extra virgin olive oil , JUST A LITTLE , and some rosemary .

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes , and they come out so lovely and crispy .

Another one is boil some macaroni in a pot , and for the sauce add stewed tomato's , 1/2 a large bottle of tomato juice and some ground chicken , its actually delicious !What is your FAVORITE recipe to cook?

Tortilla Soup

Use left-over chicken, or boil or fry it, and when it is cool, shred it [tear it to pieces about bite-sized] and set it aside.

In a saucepan, dump a 16 oz container of salsa [mild, medium or hot as you like it] and about 8 oz of water. Add 1 cup of frozen corn kernals, 1 15-16 oz can of black beans [rinse these first], a 4 oz can of chopped chili peppers, 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, and any leftovers that you think might go well with a Mexican meal [leftover rice or Spanish rice, chopped bell peppers, olive pieces, etc]. Bring to a boil and simmer about 10 - 15 minutes. Some folks like to add the chicken into the pot during the simmering time, others like to put some chicken in the center of each bowl - either way, ladle soup into each dish, top with broken tortilla chips, some diced green onion and a blob of sour cream if desired, and a sprinkling of cheese [Monterey Jack or cheddar if your store doesn't have any Mexican cheese].

Some folks add sliced [or diced] avocado and tomato before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or tortillas
Try making a stroganoff maybe?

There are other good recipes on this site which aren't very hard.

Hope this helps.
I'm not much of a cook, but I just was introduced to this easy and delicious recipe for making a chocolate eclair dessert. All you need is instant vanilla pudding, graham crackers, whipped cream, and chocolate frosting. Yummm!
