its easy to use in rice, risotto, sauces, aiolis, or marinades. just tear it with your fingers as you sprinkle it in. it adds a yellowish color to whatever you add it to. and the longer it is in there, the more flavor it puts in. so if you dont want too much of a flavor, add it near the middle to end of your cooking time.I want to learn how to use ';Saffron'; when cooking. Can anyone help me with recipes or ideas?
