It tastes a little better than chicken, it's pretty good. Here is a recipe that my fiancee and I love, but it's a little spicy. If you don't like spice, go easy on the spicy ingredients.
Pour either OJ or lemon juice over the fish, let sit for a couple of minutes. Pour off.
Marinate fish in soy sauce and any white wine for 30-60 minutess. Then remove from marinade.
Lightly rub tobasco sauce on fish. Then sprinkle with the following seasonings:
Garlic powder
Cayenne
Everglades seasoning
Salt %26amp; pepper
Paprika (do this one last)
Then we grill it until it's done. We use one of those fish baskets with this fish, it seems to work better.
